Have you ever heard huta sitonggi - tonggi ? . Sitonggi - tonggi Huta is one of the villages in the District Ronggurnihuta Samosir regency , North Sumatra . KAMPUNG TERUNIK DI SAMOSIR SUMATERA UTARA

KECAMATAN RONGGURNIHUTA DESA SITONGGI-TONGGI

Pernahkah anda mendengar huta sitonggi-tonggi ?. Huta sitonggi-tonggi adalah salah satu desa yang ada di Kecamatan Ronggurnihuta Kabupaten Samosir Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Ada beberapa huta/desa yang ada di desa sitonggi-tonggi, antara lain: huta godang, huta bale, huta pargareja, huta angganan, sigeneng-geneng, dan lain sebagainya. Namun kampung yang paling unik di antara kampung-kampung lainnya adalah huta godang karena di huta ini terdapat banyak rumah adat batak toba sebanyak 14 rumah dalam satu kampung itu. Hampir semua rumah yang ada di huta tersebut rumah adat batak toba.

Banyaknya rumah dalam satu kampung itu adalah sebanyak 22 rumah berarti ada 8 rumah yang tidak berbentuk rumah adat. Yang kedelapan ini kenapa tidak berbentuk rumah adat di karenakan kedelapan ini adalah rumah yang baru di bangun atau bisa di katakan rumah pada jaman sekarang karena jaman sekarang sudah sulit atau tidak banyak lagi orang sanggup membuat rumah adat seperti dulu. Posisi rumah yang ada di desa tersebut adalah dua baris dan saling berhadap-hadapan. Kampung ini dikelilingi oleh pohon dan bambu. Dan terdapat parit yang tinggi dan tersusun oleh batu yang sudah di susun pada jaman dulu.

Kenapa saya tidak menunjuk semua foto rumah yang ada di kampung tersebut ? yaitu, saya sengaja agar pembaca penasaran dengan informasi ini.

Ada banyak lagi keunikan yang ada di kampung tersebut di antaranya adalah:

1. Pea ulok

Pea adalah sebuah danau kecil dan ulok artinya ular. Berarti artinya sebuah danau kecil yang panjang sehingga di sebut seperti ular karena panjangnya.

2. Pea sibbora

Adalah sebuah danau kecil tempat pemandian masyarakat setempat dan dekat dengan perkampungan namun tinggi dan curam dari huta godang. Konon katanya jika ada pencuri di kampung tersebut maka pencuri tersebut akan jatuh ke pea sibbora yang pasti ke esok harinya pasti di temukan warga yang lewat dari pea tersebut.

3. Hariara na bolon

Hariara na bolon adalah salah satu jenis pohon namun ukurannya sangat besar persis di harbangan huta godang. Harbangan adalah tempat keluar masuknya warga yang ada di kampung tersebut.

4. Mual ni si raja sisingamangaraja

Yaitu sebuah mata air yang bersih dan lokasinya besar. Konon katanya di lokasi tersebut raja sisingamangaraja sengaja ingin membuat mata air di lokasi tersebut, dengan hanya menancapkan tongkatnya ke tanah sehingga terbentuklah sebuah mata air yang bisa di manfaatkan oleh warga setempat. Dan ke unikannya adalah jika kemarau yang panjang di desa itu pasti kebingungan mencari air bersih untuk di komsumsi. Namun mual si singamangaraja tidak mau kering biarpun kemarau panjang.

5. Madduda martolu

Madduda adalah menumpuk dan martolu adalah bertiga. Artinya menumpuk padi dengan tiga orang dalam satu losung. Losung adalah sebuah tumbukan yang terbuat dari batu dan di beri lobang untuk tempat menumpuk padi.

Artinya di dalam huta ini warga masih banyak menggiling padi dengan menumpuk di losuk tidak menggunakan gilingan padi. Jika kita biasa melihat menumpuk padi dengan 2 orang namun di kampung ini bisa menumpuk padi serentak dengan 3 orang yang tentunya agar padi tersebut cepat selesai. Dan saya sendiri tidak tahu bagaimana caranya menumpuk dengan 3 orang.

6. Dolok na bolon

Dolok adalah sebuah bukit dan bolon adalah besar. Artinya sebuah bukit yang besar. Konon katanya di daerah tersebut jika menjaga padi tidak bisa menyebut nama burung yang pemakan padi tersebut. Dan mereka sampai sekarang masih menerapkannya namun mereka tidak tahu apa alasannya. Dan yang kedua konon katanya di dolok tersebut ada banyak emas kepingan yang di simpan oleh penghuni pertama tinggal di sana yang tentunya sekarang penghuni tersebut sudah menjadi penunggu dolok tersebut. Ada banyak orang untuk mencoba mengambil emas tersebut dengan cara membuat pesta gondang besar namun mereka tidak ada yang berhasil. Itulah ke unikan dolok tersebut, selain dari besar dan curam ada banyak meninggalkan cerita.
